Our story
Proper baking, made by hand in Donegal Town
Pretty Baked is a tiny bakery counter tucked inside the Millcourt Mews artisan market, just off The Diamond. Everything is made in small batches by a Michelin-trained pastry chef — laminated croissants, soft scones, deep-set brownies and pastries that change with what's good that week.
There's no big production line and no shortcuts. We bake what we can do well, put it out warm, and keep going until the case is empty.
